Orix Soccer Academy's U16 High Performance Training Program offers year-round training and competitive match opportunities for players aged 14–16. The program provides a challenging, high-performance environment designed to accelerate individual development and prepare players for opportunities beyond youth soccer.
Our training methodology emphasizes technical development, tactical awareness, decision-making and football intelligence, helping players become more intelligent, confident and effective footballers capable of competing at higher levels.
The program offers two flexible pathways to accommodate each player's development needs and ambitions. Players can participate in supplemental training and match opportunities alongside their existing club commitments, or choose totrain and compete year-round exclusively with Orix Soccer Academy.
Through our experienced coaching staff, proven development methodology and established soccer network, Orix provides players with the guidance and opportunities to pursue their goals. Our track record includes developing players who have progressed to U SPORTS, CCAA and NCAA post-secondary soccer programs.
