U20 Advanced Training Program
Orix U20 Advanced Training Program is a full-time year round training program that offers players aged 15-19 the ability to train and play in a challenging training and playing environment. The program is designed to prepare players for college/university placement opportunities and professional trials. Our objective is to improve the player’s Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental Performance and develop them into more effective players who will be able to transition to the next level. Our proven methodology has produced a number of U-Sport, CCAA, and NCAA players.
A standout feature of our program is the opportunity to train and play alongside current collegiate and university players from across the country. From June 1st to July 31st each year, some of our high performing Orix Training participants join these top-level players for training sessions and matches. This provides an invaluable chance to compete with some of the top players in the country and start building your college/ university network.
Additionally during this period, Orix offers an add on 8-week Strength and Conditioning Program, featuring one extra session per week. These sessions are led by Nestor Valencia, one of Canada’s top Strength and Conditioning coaches. Learn more about Nestor Valencia.
