Program Fee: $225 per month
Practice Locations: East & Central Vancouver

Practices Time
Tuesdays 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursdays 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Game Days Game Location
Saturday or Sunday Greater Vancouver
  • Year round training program for players.
  • 2 Training Sessions per week.
  • Program may offer additional training sessions during the year at no additional cost
  • Academy team plays more than 35 games per year.
  • Free Training kits are included in the registration fee.
  • Official Match uniforms are returned upon request.
  • Registration fees are paid monthly and players can opt out of the program at any time.
  • Program accepts a maximum of 20 players.
  • Players can request a tryout and join at any point during the year, based on roster availability.
  • Several matches per year will be filmed and made available for players to download to produce video reels for college recruitment opportunities.
  • Orix Academy travels every second program year to play in international tournaments and friendlies.

Request Your Tryout Today

Orix dose not offer open tryouts. A player can request an individual tryout at any point in the program year at no cost. The player will be invited to train with the program for a minimum of 1 week before a determination is made on whether they are a good fit for the program.

We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm we have received your request.

  • I authorize my photograph, picture or likeness, and voice to appear in any documentary, promotion (including advertising), television, video, or radio coverage obtained during an Orix Academy training session, match or activity without compensation.

Orix Sports Club Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of my participation in Orix Sports Club, I hereby forever release and covenant not-to-sue Orix Sports Club, and any of their employees, instructors, volunteers, agents, coaches, and all others who are involved, from any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence on the part of Orix Sports Club or others listed for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death, arising as a result of my engaging in or receiving instruction in club sports activities or any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. I hereby voluntarily waive any and all claims both present and future, resulting from ordinary negligence, that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns, and I relinquish on behalf of myself, spouse, heirs, estate and assigns the right to recover for injury or death.

I am aware that sports activities at Orix Sports Club are vigorous team activities that can involve severe cardiovascular stress and violent physical contact. I understand that participation in club sports can involve certain risks, including, but not limited to, death, serious neck and spinal injuries resulting in complete or partial paralysis, brain damage, and serious injury to virtually all bones, joints, muscles, and internal organs, and that equipment provided for my protection may be inadequate to prevent serious injury. In addition, I understand that participation in club sports involves activities incidental thereto, including, but not limited to, travel to and from the site of the activity, participation at sites that may be remote from available medical assistance, and the possible reckless conduct of other participants. I am voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of property damage, personal injury, or death. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orix Sports Club and others listed for any and all claims arising as a result of my participation in club sports activities or any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur.

I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, and I agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the waiver will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the province of British Columbia.

I affirm that I am of legal age and am freely signing this agreement. I have read this form and fully understand that, by signing this form, I am giving up legal rights and/or remedies which may be available to me for the ordinary negligence of Wheaton College or any of the parties listed above.
